The gathering of people in the Republic of Slovenia is regulated by the Ordinance on the temporary restriction of public gatherings to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and the Ordinance on temporary restrictions on sport programs in the Republic of Slovenia
TO REDUCE THE SPREAD OF INFECTION WITH THE SARS- CoV-2 VIRUS TAKE THE FOLLOWING PRECAUTIONS:
IT IS POSSIBLE TO REDUCE THE RISK OF SPREADING OF INFECTION AND PROTECT YOURSELF AND OTHERS BY CONSISTENTLY OBSERVE THE MANDATORY AND RECOMMENDED PREVENTIVE MEASURES. EACH INDIVIDUAL IS RESPONSIBLE TO ENSURE THE PROTECTION OF HIMSELF AND THAT OF OTHERS. ABSOLUTE SECURITY IS NOT POSSIBLE:
- ENTRY IS ALLOWED ONLY TO PERSONS WITH A NEGATIVE SARS-CoV-2 VIRUS TEST (NOT OLDER THAN 48 HOURS) OR CERTIFICATE OF RECOVERY OR VACCINATION CERTIFICATE (SO-CALLED RVT CONDITIONS*1: RECOVERY – VACCINATION – TESTING); EXCEPTION: CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 15 WHO ATTENDING EVENT TOGETHER WITH CLOSE FAMILY MEMBERS OR GUARDIANS THAT MEET THE RVT CONDITIONS
- LIMITED NUMBER OF PERSON ® 1 PERSON PER 10m2 AND A DISTANCE OF 1,5m; EXCEPTION: PERSONS FROM A JOINT HOUSEHOLD
- USE OF A PROTECTIVE FACE MASK WHEN A SAFETY DISTANCE (1,5m) CANNOT BE PROVIDED IS MANDATORY ® FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR CORRECT WEARING AND REMOVAL OF MASK
- YOU ATTEND THE EVENT AT YOUR OWN RISK AND UNDERSTAND THE POSSIBLE DANGERS
- YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO ENTER THE EVENT SPACE IF YOU HAVE SYMPTOMS OF CORONAVIRUS (RUNNY NOSE, SNEEZING, COUGHING, SORE THROAT, TIREDNESS, FEVER …)
- OBSERVE THE RULES OF COUGHING AND SNEEZING HYGIENE
- DISINFECTION OF HANDS IS MANDATORY
- AVOID TOUCHING YOUR FACE (MOUTH, NOSE, EYES)
- AVOID TOUCHING ANY PUBLIC OBJECTS AND SURFACES
*1 TERMS / ELIGIBILITY FOR RVT CONDITIONS (RECOVERY – VACCINATION – TESTING):
- A NEGATIVE RAT (RAPID ANTIGEN) TEST NOT OLDER THAN 48 HOURS AFTER TAKING THE SWAB or
- A NEGATIVE PCR TEST, NOT OLDER THAN 48 HOURS AFTER TAKING THE SWAB or
- A CERTIFICATE OF VACCINATION*2 or
- A CERTIFICATE OF RECOVERY*2.
* VALID CERTIFICATES/PROOF OF VACCINATION AND RECOVERY:
- a certificate of positive PCR test result, which is more than ten days old, unless a doctor assesses otherwise, but no more than six months old or
- a medical certificate confirming that the person has recovered from COVID-19 and that no more than six months have elapsed since the onset of symptoms or
- a proof/certificate of vaccination demonstrating that:
- at least seven days have passed since the second dose of the Comirnaty vaccine by BioNTech/Pfizer,
- at least 14 days have passed since the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine by Moderna,
- at least 21 days have passed since the first dose of the Vaxzevria (COVID-19 vaccine) by AstraZeneca,
- at least 14 days have passed since a dose of the Janssen COVID-19 vaccine by Johnson & Johnson/Janssen-Cilag,
- at least 21 days have passed since the first dose of the Covishield vaccine by the Serum Institute of India/AstraZeneca,
- at least 14 days have passed since the second dose of the Sputnik V vaccine by Russia’s Gamaleya National Centre of Epidemiology and Microbiology,
- at least 14 days have passed since the second dose of the CoronaVac vaccine by Sinovac Biotech,
- at least 14 days have passed since the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine by Sinopharm or
- if a person is vaccinated with a combination of two different vaccines, protection is established after the second dose of a particular type of vaccine has been administered. If such a person is first vaccinated with the vaccine produced by AstraZeneca, protection is established immediately after they receive the second dose, if they are vaccinated for the second time with the vaccine produced by Biontech/Pfizer or indent by Moderna and they receive the second dose within 4 to 12 weeks after the first dose or
4. a certificate of vaccination for persons who have recovered from COVID-19 (a certificate of recovery and proof that the person has been vaccinated with one dose of a vaccine referred to in the preceding point within eight months of a positive PCR test result or the onset of symptoms). The following combination shall be considered adequate proof: proof of vaccination with at least one dose and of a positive PCR test result, or proof of vaccination with at least one dose and a medical certificate of recovery from COVID-19. A PCR test is deemed sufficient if performed in an EU member state, a Schengen Area country, Australia, Israel, Canada, New Zealand, Russia, Serbia, US or UK.
